  • Who can apply for the Indigo Platinum Mastercard?
    • Anyone who is interested in establishing or rebuilding their credit can apply for the Indigo Platinum Mastercard. You must be pre-qualified in order to submit a credit application. To be eligible to submit a request for pre-qualification, you must:
      i. Be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
      ii. Have not submitted a pre-qualification request in the last 60 days
  • Why should I apply for the Indigo Platinum Mastercard?
    • The Indigo Platinum Mastercard is not a pre-paid card. Your responsible use of the card is reported to all three major credit bureaus and gives you the chance to establish a consistent payment record while enjoying the convenience of a credit card.
  • How do I pre-qualify for the Indigo Platinum Mastercard?

  • Who issues the Indigo Platinum Mastercard?
    • The Indigo Platinum Mastercard is issued by Celtic Bank, based in Salt Lake City, UT.
  • Who is Indigo? Can I trust them?
    • Genesis FS Card Services, Inc. services the Indigo card which is issued through Celtic Bank. Genesis has a long history of providing access to credit and quality customer service to people just like you.
  • Can I apply over the phone?
    • While we offer customer service assistance at 1-866-946-9545 (from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, Pacific Time, seven days a week), we do not offer an apply-by-phone option at this time. Please click here to get pre-qualified online.
  • Will I definitely be approved?
    • Although our credit criteria are designed to help many people who are credit challenged, we cannot guarantee 100% approval. We will review your pre-qualification request and application closely to determine whether you meet the qualifications for this offer.
  • When will I receive my card?
    • In most cases, your new card will arrive within 14 business days of being approved.
  • What if I don't receive my card within two weeks?
    • If you do not receive your card within 21 days after being approved, please contact our Lost/Stolen Department immediately at 1-888-260-4532. They are available 24 hours, seven days a week.
  • What will my credit limit be?
    • The Indigo Platinum program promotes the responsible use of credit for both of us. Your credit limit will be determined once your application has been reviewed and approved. See Terms and Conditions for additional disclosures.
  • Can I open more than one account?
    • You may only open one account at this time.
  • Can I transfer a balance to my new Indigo Platinum Mastercard?
    • At this time we do not offer a balance transfer option.

  • What are the “Mastercard Platinum Card Benefits?"
    • The Indigo Platinum Mastercard offers cardholders additional benefits, including “MasterRental Insurance,” “Extended Warranty Coverage,” “Master RoadAssist Service” and “Travel Assistance Services.” You’ll receive a complete “Guide to Benefits” that details all of the program terms and conditions when you receive your card.
  • Why was my credit card declined when I tried to use it for a foreign transaction?
    • For the security reasons, foreign transactions may be declined if you do not notify us before using your credit card outside of the U.S. 
      Please call us at 1-866-946-9545 to set a travel alert before you attempt to use your credit card internationally.
       
       
  • Can I use my Indigo Platinum Mastercard to get a cash advance?
    • Yes, subject to credit approval, you can use your Indigo Platinum Mastercard for cash advances at many financial institutions worldwide. Please read your Cardholder Agreement (upon approval) for more information on cash advances. Once approved, you may call and request a personal identification number (PIN) to be sent to you in the mail; your PIN allows you to securely access cash at many ATMs.
  • Can I manage my new Indigo Platinum Mastercard account online?
    • Absolutely! Once you are approved and receive your new credit card, you can create a login and password on our secure site,
      www.myIndigocard.com. You can then start managing your new account online.
  • How do I cancel Credit Protection?
    • You may cancel Credit Protection at any time by contacting the Plan Administrator at 1-800-693-9571 or by signing in to your account online at www.myindigocard.com and selecting “Manage Credit Protection”.
  • How do I learn more about Credit Protection?
    • If you’d like to learn more about the Credit Protection program, feel free to call the Plan Administrator at 1-800-693-9571.
  • How do I enroll in Credit Protection?
    • You can enroll in Credit Protection at application, or once you are a cardholder, at any time by signing in to your account online and selecting “Manage Credit Protection”. Enrollment availability subject to eligibility requirements.
  • How do I request Credit Protection benefits?
    • If you are enrolled in Credit Protection, you may request benefits by calling the Plan Administrator at 1-800-693-9571 or visiting our Credit Protection Portal at www.myindigocard.com.
  • What is the cost of Credit Protection?
    • The monthly fee is $1.49 per $100, or part thereof, of the ending balance on your billing statement. The monthly fee will be charged each month to your Indigo Account.
  • What is Credit Protection?
    • Credit Protection is an optional program offered with the Indigo Platinum Mastercard. It offers benefits for unforeseen events such as involuntary unemployment, disability, loss of life and more. See the Indigo Credit Protection terms and conditions for details.
  • What are the benefits offered by Credit Protection?
    • Credit Protection offers benefits for the following events: Involuntary Termination from Employment, Disability and Permanent Disability, Loss of Life, Hospitalization, Natural Disaster, and Auto Service of Qualifying Amount. There are eligibility requirements, conditions and exclusions that could prevent you from receiving these benefits, and you may not qualify for some benefits. For example, if you are retired, you will not be eligible for involuntary termination from employment benefits. See the Indigo Credit Protection terms and conditions for details.
  • Can I cancel Credit Protection?
    • Yes, you may cancel Credit Protection at any time. If you are not satisfied and you cancel Credit Protection within the first 30 days of enrollment, any monthly fees charged to your Indigo Account will be credited.
